Our commitment is to be your partner in health and to provide our community access to high quality health care at a great value. To help you make the best decisions about your health care, we embrace transparency. The resources offered here will provide you with a deeper understanding about your healthcare costs. You can even reach out to us to discuss your individual questions and obtain a personalized estimate for your out-of-pocket cost.

Call or email us for your personalized price estimate.

We welcome your request for a price estimate related to your upcoming treatment at EvergreenHealth!  Call to speak to a member of our Patient Financial Services team, who will provide an estimate* based on your services and your health insurance provider, including the specifics of your coverage plan.

Things to know about your request…

  • It is helpful to know the CPT code of your procedure (your provider can give this to you). If your procedure is already scheduled, our staff may be able to help get this code for you.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for some estimates as it may take extra time to obtain certain information related to your request.

Have Insurance? Start Here.

If you have commercial health insurance, your insurance company can help you obtain an estimate of what you will pay for a specific procedure. Your insurance company, even more so than our resources, is often the best place to start. Your insurance provider can determine out-of-pocket costs in advance of obtaining services, since it knows the specifics of your coverage, plan, deductibles, and co-pays. Some insurers have online tools and estimators, while others will ask you to call and speak to someone.

For your convenience, we’ve compiled links to most of the area’s larger insurance providers’ online resources. Please note that log-ins are required for some of these sites:

No Insurance? We Can Help.

If you do not have coverage, we can assist you in obtaining medical benefits through federal, state and hospital programs. These programs may help you with your current bill and will help you pay for health needs in the future. We will help you find out if you qualify for charity care. In some instances, we may be able to provide free or reduced price care if you qualify based on your income.

Our team of professionals are available to assist you by calling 425.899.3632, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Comparing Prices Among Healthcare Providers

While it’s beneficial to know what a procedure might cost you, you may be interested in comparing one healthcare facility to another. Several third-party resources exist to help you compare prices. Here are links to these resources. We encourage you to use these tools to inform your decisions.

Value: Price + Quality + Safety + Service

Hospital PricingThe importance of your personal health means that price shouldn’t be the only factor influencing your decision about care. Safety and clinical outcomes are incredibly important factors in your care. And, higher price doesn’t always mean better care! We call this value. At EvergreenHealth, we believe the highest quality and safety matched with an exceptional patient experience plus the best cost = value.

Whether a healthcare facility receives national recognition by organizations like US News and Health Grades or is performing amongst the highest in the state on publicly reported quality measures, validation by third-party sources is key. We invite you to explore these resources to learn more about quality and safety among Puget Sound area healthcare providers.

Washington Hospital Quality        Hospital Compare
Washington Health Alliance         The Leapfrog Group
Healthgrades                               Award winning care

The data from these sources provides you with important quality information that can help you make more informed healthcare decisions. The data compares the quality of our outcomes against state and national averages, as well as other local healthcare providers.

The information provided is an estimate and is not a guarantee of the final billing charges or their payment. Estimates are based on the information provided by you and your insurance company, if applicable, at the time of the estimate. The actual bill may vary from the estimate based on the patient's medical condition, unknown circumstances or complications, final diagnosis and recommended treatment ordered by the patient's physician. Patients with insurance should also contact their health benefits administrator for the most accurate information regarding covered benefits, deductible, and co-payment amounts. Professional fees such as physician, radiologist, anesthesiologist and pathologist are not included in this estimate. Final claim adjudication and/or payment may differ.
