Scheduling Mammography Appointments Online with My Navigator

Online appointment scheduling is available for Screening Mammograms at our Breast Health Center and on the EvergreenHealth Mobile Mammography Coach at community locations.

Criteria for screening mammograms includes:

  • Annual screening recommended for women over age 40
  • No written order needed
  • Designate a healthcare provider to receive the results
  • No current breast symptoms (no pain, lumps, discharge, etc.)
  • Not being followed for a suspicious finding on a previous mammogram

We do not currently offer online appointment scheduling for Diagnostic Mammograms.

Criteria for diagnostic mammograms includes:

  • Symptoms such as breast pain, discharge, thickening, palpable lump, etc.
  • 3 or 6 month follow-up exams for a finding from a previous mammogram or biopsy
  • Requires written order from physician
  • May need insurance authorization

My Navigator is your direct link to your EvergreenHealth Electronic Medical Record

My Navigator is our patient portal that securely connects you with your EvergreenHealth electronic health record - a partner in helping you navigate to your best health. With My Navigator, accessing your medical health record is truly as easy as downloading a song or reading an email.

You will have complete access to your lab reports, health history, doctor visit summaries, procedures, medication listings and future appointments, be able to schedule certain online appointments.

For specialty care, if you have a question between appointments, you can even use My Navigator to send a quick email to your provider. Once received, the email will be answered within the next business day.

If you do not have a My Navigator account, just stop by your EvergreenHealth provider’s office. You will need to show a photo ID to verify your identity.
