EvergreenHealth Professional Billing

NOTE: On Mar. 5, 2018, we moved to a new billing statement and a new online bill pay portal.

This means that for a brief time, we will have two separate online payment links - one for the old billing statement and one for the new billing statement.

If your statement is dated Mar. 5, 2018 or later:

These statements are being handled by our new billing partner.

To pay online, use this link for online bill payment.

If your statement is dated prior to Mar. 5, 2018 :

These statements are still being handled by our previous billing partner.

To pay online, use this link for online bill payment.

To pay either statement by mail, follow the instructions on your printed bill and send to:

Questions about Bills from other Providers

While you may have been treated at EvergreenHealth locations, some imaging, lab test, procedures or other services may have been performed by other groups that regularly provide care for EvergreenHealth patients.  For example, many independent physicians, ambulance companies and labs are separate business with their own billing and account procedures.

Click here for a list of the groups that regularly provide care for EvergreenHealth patients.  If you receive a bill from them and have questions about it, please contact them directly.

Questions about your Health Insurance

Coverage of healthcare will vary depending on your insurance plan, and coverage can change. It’s a good idea to check with your health insurance company for specific information regarding your claim.
