Shawn O’Connell is a licensed physical therapist with post graduate training from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Muscle Energy Techniques. He recently completed a two year program as an Orthopedic Movement Specialist. He enjoys working with all orthopedic populations from the young athlete to the geriatric patient, and values the individual’s contribution to their rehabilitative care. He also has experience working with many high-level high school athletes, some of which have moved on to Division 1 colleges. Shawn earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington.
Brittany Van Hal is a licensed physical therapist who enjoys working with patients of all ages. She believes in a patient-centered and holistic approach to treatment that emphasizes manual therapy, exercise, and patient education to empower patients toward independence. She works with a variety of conditions and enjoys working with patients recovering from sports injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and chronic pain. Brittany received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Elon University in Elon, NC.
Kelcie Christiansen is a licensed physical therapist assistant, practicing since 2014. She has worked with a wide variety of conditions across all age groups, though most of her experience has been with the orthopedic patients. Kelcie believes successful treatment outcomes rely heavily on a teamwork approach between patient and therapist. This involves building trust and maintaining strong communication and accountability throughout the rehabilitation process. Her passions include injury prevention and improving functional independence.
