Our Visitor Policy for both EvergreenHealth Kirkland and EvergreenHealth Monroe provide you an outline of what you may expect when visiting our hospital campuses. Our visitor policies also provide visiting hours for anyone looking to spend time with a loved one staying in the hospital.

Universal Masking Update

All Locations including:

Kirkland Campus, Monroe Campus, Emergency Rooms, Urgent Cares, Primary and Specialty Care Clinics Visitor Policy

As acute respiratory illness levels rise in our community, we are requiring masking in patient care areas at our hospitals and clinics. This step helps reduce spread and supports a safe care environment for patients, visitors and our care teams.

All Patient Care Areas

Masking is Required for:

  • Patients, if able
  • Staff, providers, volunteers and vendors

Masking is Highly Recommended for:

  • Visitors
    • Return home if symptomatic
    • Masking is required if exposed to a respiratory illness

Public Spaces:

  • Masking is Optional in areas such as
    • Hallways, elevators, atriums, cafés and parking garages.

EvergreenHealth Medical Center Entrance Hours

  • West Entrance & Parking Elevators: 5 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Central Entrance: 5 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Red Emergency Entrance & Parking Elevators: open 24 hours/7 days a week

To enter the hospital after 8 p.m., please enter through the red emergency entrance.

EvergreenHealth Monroe Entrance Hours

  • Main Lobby: 6 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Trax Café Entrance: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (subject to change based on staffing)
  • Emergency Department Entrance: 24 hours/7 days a week

To enter the hospital after 4 p.m., please enter through the emergency department entrance.
