Information for Visitors

EvergreenHealth understands that having a loved one in the hospital can be stressful. We try to make your time on and off of our campus as comfortable as possible by offering various amenities as well as accommodations nearby so that you can remain close when visiting hours are over.

  • Please don't visit if you are sick with a cold, flu or anything else that could be contagious.
  • The carrying of any firearm or weapons on our hospital campuses and practice locations is prohibited.
  • We are a latex-free facility; please bring only non-latex items into the hospital. Mylar balloons and other latex-free items are available in our gift shops.

  • Trained Guide Dog or Service Animals are welcome on our hospital campuses and practice locations. Trained guide dog or service animals are trained to work or perform a task for a person with disabilities are welcome.

    • Dogs or pets on our hospital campus and practice locations are not allowed. Comfort and/or emotional support animals are not service animals and are not recognized by the ADA.

  • We are pleased to offer a tobacco- and smoke-free environment inside our buildings, on the grounds outside or in cars parked in our parking garages. Smokers must utilize the public sidewalks that ring the campus.
  • Patient room numbers are available at our volunteer desks. After hours, you can call the switchboard at (425) 899-1000.
  • Comfortable waiting areas are available on all patient floors at EvergreenHealth Medical Center. The Blue and Silver zone gallerias offer access to large outdoor courtyards with seating and dining spaces.
  • If you are breastfeeding or pumping, private nursing rooms are available 24/7 in the Blue zone.
  • Free WiFi is available throughout the medical center.

Hospital Amenities & Services

Across our two hospital campuses in Kirkland and Monroe, we have multiple coffee and deli shops offering an array of beverages and food options. For those visiting our Kirkland campus, Café 128 offers full meal service as well as grab-and-go snacks. You can also enjoy some shopping in our gift stores on each campus as well as artwork from local creatives throughout our Kirkland campus. You can also visit our Reflection Room on our Kirkland campus for prayer or quiet time as well as ask for spiritual support from our hospital chaplains.
