Vaccines for Children 6 Months and Older

EvergreenHealth is now offering the pediatric COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine for children 6 months to 5 years old to current Primary Care patients. Get more information

Get Vaccinated

The COVID-19 vaccine is available for everyone at least 6 months old. For more information on the vaccine and where you can get your shot, go to the COVID-19 vaccination page

Get Tested

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, we offer testing at our six Urgent Care locations. Go to the COVID-19 testing page. Please ensure you are seeking COVID testing responsibly in light of high volumes across the region. Urgent Care and Emergency Care locations should not be used as general testing sites.
