If you have a concern
You can bring concerns or complaints to any EvergreenHealth staff member. Please be assured that expressing a complaint or a concern will not compromise your care.
If your concerns cannot be satisfactorily resolved, please contact the Patient Relations Department. We will promptly investigate all complaints and grievances and work to resolve them in a timely, reasonable and consistent manner.
