Fraud Notice
EvergreenHealth has been made aware that scammers are targeting our community members via phone call and possibly other communication methods. The schemes involve a scammer impersonating someone from EvergreenHealth claiming to confirm personal information or to collect a debt for medical services.
Important: EvergreenHealth generally does not contact you unless you have an upcoming appointment or have received services at one of our locations recently. If you believe a request is suspicious, do not respond and hang up immediately. To ensure it was an EvergreenHealth representative trying to reach out, you can call your provider directly or call the billing department Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at 425-577-7119.
Pay your medical bill with a payment method that works for you. Depending on the payment method you choose, and where you went for care, you may be able to use:
- Cash
- Check
- Credit card
- Debit card
Financial Assistance
EvergreenHealth is committed to meeting your health care needs, regardless of your financial status. If you have difficulty paying your bill, look into your financial assistance options.
Facility Charges
Your billing statement may include a facility charge to cover the cost of specialty services.
Fees From Other Providers
Medical professionals who are not part of the EvergreenHealth billing system may be involved in your care at an EvergreenHealth location. This means, you may receive a separate bill from providers such as:
- Ambulance companies
- Independent physicians
- Lab and imaging services
If you have questions about your bill from another provider, you will need to contact the service provider directly.
