It is available to all Lakeshore patients, and is your partner for helping you navigate to your best health.

The portal allows you to:

  • Request an appointment, prescription refills, referrals
  • Pay your bill
  • View or print lab results, immunizations, medications, health concerns

Creating Your Patient Portal Account

At any clinic location, a receptionist can create your portal account and provide you with a temporary password for access.

This must be done in person to protect against identity theft and to protect your medical information.

To access Lakeshore Clinic’s Patient Portal, you will need Internet access and a unique email address.

Can I view my family member’s medical records?
Washington State and Federal Law has many safeguards protecting access to medical records.

For families with children 13 or younger, portal accounts may be linked to a family member’s account.

Can I pay my bill(s) online?
Yes; accepted forms of payment are Visa and MasterCard.

If my medical record is incorrect, what should I do?
Please call our office during normal business hours and we will work with you to ensure your changes are accurate.
