Multiple sclerosis creates challenges and uncertainty for those who live with it. One of the cornerstones to maintaining happiness and life satisfaction while living with MS is resilience. Resilience involves dealing with challenges, making adjustments and bouncing back so you can continue to find satisfaction in life. It's what enables us to thrive in the face of adversity. People may be naturally more or less resilient, but the good news is that resilience is a skill that we can all develop and improve. Join our panel of experts for an in-depth discussion of cognitive, physical and emotional resilience and build the skills you need to thrive!!
