Since 1991, EvergreenHealth's popular Parent-Baby Groups have been providing education and support to help new families get off to the best start possible.
These informal weekly groups help provide the knowledge and camaraderie that is often missing when new parents live far away from grandparents and other close family.
During COVID-19, our normally in-person groups now meet online. You still get the same practical, hands-on information to make your journey a little easier - plus the opportunity to share parenting successes and milestones.
Each two-hour session includes a specific topic - and time for a free-for-all discussion on anything and everything baby.
The Parent-Baby Groups are divided by age. The three-month age span in each group gives parents with babies at the younger end of the spectrum an opportunity to get guidance and advice from someone who's just survived what they're going through. All classes are held at EvergreenHealth in Kirkland.
