EvergreenHealth Monroe Signs Lease for New Primary, Urgent Care in Snohomish
The hospital system plans to begin seeing patients at the new location by the end of 2026.
SNOHOMISH, Wash.—As of Jan. 5, EvergreenHealth Monroe has leased the property at 1115 13th Street, Snohomish, WA, where it plans to open a Primary Care and Urgent Care location by the end of 2026. The hospital system also plans to offer several advanced screening services at the new location, including x-ray exams, lab draw services and mammography.
“We are very excited to be expanding access to our Primary and Urgent Care services to Snohomish residents and nearby communities," said EvergreenHealth Monroe Chief Administrative Officer Lisa LaPlante, MHA. “The new location will be staffed by our expert physicians and nurses and provide another important resource supporting the health and wellness of Snohomish County. This is another example of our commitment to continuously expand access to our vital services and provide the highest-quality, safest care close to home."
The lease is for the next 10 years with three additional 5-year options, and the space is a total of 14,103 square feet. Construction is required to complete modifications and upgrades for the new care practices. EvergreenHealth Monroe expects construction to be completed before the end of 2026, with patients being able to schedule appointments as soon as Fall 2026.
Most recently, EvergreenHealth Neurosciences opened a second practice location at EvergreenHealth Monroe, delivering advanced neurology diagnostic and treatment services. The new practice started seeing patients at EvergreenHealth Monroe in early Nov. 2025. Additionally, EvergreenHealth Urology Care opened its second location on the EvergreenHealth Monroe campus in Oct. 2025.
