EvergreenHealth Primary Care – Canyon Park Welcomes Hoda Samia, MD

Kirkland, Wash. – EvergreenHealth recently welcomed family medicine physician Hoda Samia, MD, to its team of skilled providers at its Canyon Park primary care practice in Bothell.

Dr. Samia is board-certified in family medicine and specializes in women’s health, pediatric care and preventive care. She been treats patients of all ages and genders and speaks both English and Arabic.

“Dr. Samia is a welcomed addition to our team of high-quality, primary care providers at EvergreenHealth Primary Care - Canyon Park,” said Aileen Mickey, MD, FCCP, chief administrative officer of EvergreenHealth Medical Group. “Her expertise and passion for providing the best possible care reinforces our commitment to our community. Dr. Samia is passionate about fully committing to her patients no matter where they are in their health journey. She believes that prevention is one of the most important aspects of medicine and she instills that in the patients and families she works with daily. In fact, one of her favorite quotes is, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

She attended to medical school at St. Matthews University School of Medicine in West Bay, Cayman Islands. Soon after, she completed her residency at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in general surgery in Cleveland, Ohio, before finishing her fellowship in family medicine at St. Luke’s Health Network in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
