EvergreenHealth Primary Care – Monroe Welcomes Scott Cuthbert, DO

Kirkland, Wash. – EvergreenHealth Primary Care in Monroe recently welcomed Scott Cuthbert, DO, to its team of skilled family medicine physicians.

Dr. Cuthbert is board certified in family medicine and comes to EvergreenHealth with a breadth of knowledge in osteopathic medicine, diabetes, women’s and men’s health, gastrointestinal issues and insomnia. Additionally, Dr. Cuthbert performs a variety of in-office procedures including, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT), skin biopsies, cryotherapy and joint injections. In addition to his board certification, Dr. Cuthbert is certified in integrative medicine and has extensive training in addiction medicine and prenatal care.

According to Dr. Cuthbert, he’s had an aptitude to care for others and help them during their greatest times of need since he studied biochemistry as an undergraduate. He approaches care by viewing each patient as a unique, holistic individual. In addition to treating patients with traditional medicine, he provides complementary and alternative methods to care for patients based upon their needs and desires. He aims to treat patients’ physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

After recently completing his family medicine residency at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Family Medicine in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dr. Cuthbert, his wife and their two cats are looking forward to returning to Washington—their home state.

Outside of patient care, Dr. Cuthbert enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with family members and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks and Sounders FC. In addition, he looks forward to joining the growing osteopathic community in the Northwest.
