EvergreenHealth Orthopedic & Sports Care Welcomes Adam Sangeorzan, MD

Adam SangeorzanKirkland, Wash. – EvergreenHealth recently welcomed Adam Sangeorzan, MD, to its team of skilled physicians and providers in its Orthopedic and Sports Care practice.

Dr. Sangeorzan is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the treatment of all disorders related to the foot and ankle. He specifically treats acute injuries, sports-related problems and chronic conditions of the foot or ankle. He is experienced in a wide range of treatments, including non-surgical treatments, minimally invasive surgical techniques and complex reconstruction procedures.

“Dr. Sangeorzan’s robust training and focused specialization in foot and ankle surgery will add immense value to our orthopedic care practice,” said Chris Bredeson, chief operating officer at EvergreenHealth. “He brings a wealth of clinical knowledge regarding non-surgical and surgical techniques to our community and beyond. We’re so pleased he’s joined our team of compassionate and committed providers.”

Dr. Sangeorzan takes a patient-centered approach to orthopedic care, as he understands how frustrating injuries, pain and dysfunction can be for patients. He takes pride in helping his patients understand their diagnosis and learn about the various treatment options available. This allows him to work with each patient to come up with an individually tailored treatment plan.

Dr. Sangeorzan attended medical school at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. He then completed his residency in orthopedics at the University of Washington’s Department of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine before completing his fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard School of Medicine in Boston.

Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Sangeorzan chose a career in medicine so he could help patients get back on their feet and enjoy all the Northwest has to offer.

Outside of patient care, Dr. Sangeorzan enjoys cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, running and playing golf.
