EvergreenHealth Wound Care Welcomes July Pan, ARNP, FNP-BC, CWON
Kirkland, Wash. – EvergreenHealth Wound Care recently welcomed July Pan, ARNP, FNP-BEC, CWON, to its interdisciplinary team of wound care and ostomy experts.

Pan is board certified in Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing (WOCNCB), and she holds a number of additional credentials including certifications as a Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON) and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). She is also certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and holds a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNC) certificate.
“July is a welcomed addition to our team of caring and experienced wound care providers,” said Aileen Mickey, MD, FCCP, chief administrative officer of EvergreenHealth Medical Group. “She brings a wide range of expertise and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to all patients she works with. We respect and appreciate her compassion, collaboration and holistic mindset.”
Pan cares for patients of all ages and she speaks both English and Mandarin Chinese. Originally from Beijing, China, she immigrated to the U.S. 20 years ago, which instilled in her an appreciation for other cultures and differences in interpersonal communication. Pan also recognizes that the U.S. health care system can be complex for all patients, and especially those new to the U.S., so she is passionate about helping her patients navigate their care.
According to Pan, fully understanding her patients and making a positive impact on their lives is what drives her. She was inspired by her mother, who was a physician, to pursue a career in health care, and she continues to follow in her mother’s footsteps when delivering compassionate care.
For Pan, her patients will always be at the center of what she does, and she wants her patients to expect to receive compassion, attention and expertise while in her care. She understands that all patients have different and unique needs, which is why she respects their beliefs, actively listens and works with each person to create an individualized care plan.
Pan earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Seattle Pacific University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington. She also belongs to the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society (WOCN), which is a professional community dedicated to advancing the practice and delivery of expert health care to individuals with wound, ostomy and continence care needs.
When Pan isn’t working with her patients to develop personalized care plans, she enjoys gardening, hiking, traveling and exploring new places with her family members.
