EvergreenHealth Primary Care Team Welcomes Jeremiah Pamer, DO

Kirkland, Wash. – EvergreenHealth recently welcomed Jeremiah Pamer, DO, to its team of family medicine physicians at its Redmond primary care practice.

Dr. Pamer brings expertise in family medicine and specializes in preventive care for all patients. Particularly, he focuses on acute illness and chronic pain, which includes treatment for joint pain, and osteopathic musculoskeletal manipulation, skin biopsies and treatment of other skin maladies.
“We are excited to welcome Dr. Pamer to our family medicine team,” said Aileen Mickey, MD, FCCP, chief administrative officer of EvergreenHealth Medical Group. “Dr. Pamer’s deep understanding of osteopathic medicine, along with overall preventive care, helps ensure our primary care patients can receive the best possible holistic care.”

Dr. Pamer’s approach to caring for patients is rooted in his abilities to care for the whole patient. He’s a firm believer in partnering with his patients and involving them in all aspects of care planning and decision-making. In fact, Dr. Pamer received an award for “Best Bedside Manner” while in his residency and is a member of the Gold Humanism Society, which prides itself on bringing the human element to medicine.

Dr. Pamer attended medical school at Touro University California in Vallejo, CA, and completed a residency at the Los Angeles-area PIH Health Downey Hospital where he focused on hospital-based medicine, women’s health and preventive care. He also gained experience caring extensively for patients diagnosed with COVID-19, ranging from those that were asymptomatic to patients requiring intensive care.

Before shifting his career toward medicine, Dr. Pamer formed a small construction company and also worked at a snowboarding resort in Colorado. Now, he loves to spend time with his wife, where they reside in Washington. When he isn’t treating patients, he’s learning to golf and following his passion for writing.
