My Navigator Updates

Meaningful New Features & Upgrades to Our Patient Portal: My Navigator

My Navigator, our EvergreenHealth Cerner electronic health record system, securely connects our patients with their EvergreenHealth electronic medical record, giving you complete access to lab reports, health history, doctor visit summaries, procedures, medication listings, future appointments and more.

Patients who register for My Navigator can log on to their portal 24/7 from any device with Internet access.

My Navigator is continuously evolving to better serve your needs. We are excited to share some of the newest features added to My Navigator to better support you as your health partner – making your health information more transparent, timely and easily accessible.

Improving Our Transparency & Your Engagement with Open Notes

Starting in April, 2018, Open Notes will go-live, giving you the opportunity to view all of your EvergreenHealth Medical Group ambulatory provider chart notes when you log on to your portal.

Notes approved by your providers after April 9 will appear in the comments section of your visit report. Notes recorded during prior visits will not retrospectively populate.

Improving Timeliness with Immediate Lab Results and Quicker Imaging Results

Patients who register for My Navigator will no longer need to wait seven days for their routine lab results to appear, as results will now be available immediately in their My Navigator account.

Diagnostic Imaging results now will appear in My Navigator after only four days.

Improving Patient Portal Accessibility with Self-Enrollment

Patients can now self-enroll in the portal by visiting https://evergreen.iqhealth.com/self-enroll/ and entering their Medical Record Number (MRN) or an email address that is already registered within the EvergreenHealth system.

An Updated, Sleeker User Interface

My Navigator also recently underwent a face-lift, rolling out a more user and mobile-friendly interface. If you use My Navigator, you may notice these changes make accessing menus and the information that you seek most often, easier.
