Parking or Drop-Off
- Park in the Central Parking Garage or use the Circle Drive for easy drop-off.
- Drop passengers at the entrance to the Central Entrance/Blue & Coral Zone.
From the Central Parking Garage
- Take the Central Entrance - Blue and Coral Elevators to Level A.
On Level A
- Stay to your right and enter the Central Entrance/Blue & Coral Zone.
Inside the Central Entrance/Blue & Coral Zone
- You will arrive on the 2nd Floor.
To the 3rd Floor
- Proceed straight, following the hallway to the Blue Elevator. Take the Blue Elevator to the 3rd floor.
On the 3rd Floor
- Turn right, proceed down the hallway. Surgery Care registration will be on your left.

Take Exit 20B for Totem Lake Blvd.
Continue straight onto 120th Ave NE.
Turn right onto NE 130th Lane.
Follow the signs to the Central Entrance on your right.
Southbound on I-405
Take Exit 21 for NE 132nd Street.
At the first traffic circle, take the 4th exit onto NE 132nd Street.
At the next traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto 116th Ave NE/Totem Lake Blvd NE.
Turn left onto NE 130th Lane.
Follow the signs to the Central Entrance on your right.
