Lipid Management

EvergreenHealth’s lipid management service offers a patient centered approach to help adults reduce their cholesterol and minimize other risks for heart disease.

Our pharmacists are lipid specialists with advanced training in cholesterol management. We follow the national cholesterol guidelines as well as recommendations in patient centered care from the National Lipid Association.

Our goal is to achieve measurable improvements in cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar and weight loss.

We develop a plan with you based upon your specific cardiovascular risk that includes lifestyle change with nutrition and exercise, and medications if needed.

What You Should Know about High Cholesterol
