Employees can set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for out of pocket medical expenses (annual max of $2,500). EvergreenHealth pays the cost of administering the plan.
Prescription drug coverage is included in all medical plans. The copays vary from $10 for generic to $60 for non-preferred brands. Mail order is available in all plans.
All employees and their immediate family members receive prescriptions and over the counter items at cost plus a minimal handling fee when purchased at the EvergreenHealth Pharmacy.
