Get a Cost Estimate

If you have commercial health insurance, your insurance company can help you obtain an estimate of what you will pay for a specific procedure.

Your insurance provider can determine out-of-pocket costs in advance of obtaining services, since it knows the specifics of your coverage, plan, deductibles and co-pays.

Some insurers have online tools and estimators, while others will ask you to call and speak to someone.
