The Patient Relations Department serves as a liaison for any patients, families or visitors who may have questions, concerns, complaints or compliments regarding their experience at EvergreenHealth.

We are here to assist with the navigation in our health care system to ensure you receive exceptional services.

If You Have a Concern

Concerns or complaints may be made to any EvergreenHealth staff member. Please be assured that expressing a complaint or a concern will not compromise your care.

If your concerns cannot be satisfactorily resolved, please contact the Patient Relations Department. We will promptly investigate all complaints and grievances and work to resolve them in a timely, reasonable and consistent manner.
