Virtual Urgent Care

Sign up for a Virtual Urgent Care appointment to meet with an Urgent Care medical provider from the comfort of your home.

Note: To access telehealth services, patients under 13 years old must be registered with EvergreenHealth. All patients must be in the state of Washington.

You will video chat with the provider using your laptop or smartphone. Unless follow up treatment or testing is necessary, there will be no need for you to come to a clinic.

Urgent Care Hours & More

Walk-in Hours

  • All walk-in locations are open from 8 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. on weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on the weekends.

Virtual Urgent Care Hours

  • Virtual Urgent Care is available from as early as 8 a.m. to as late as 6:45 p.m. on weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. on the weekends.

Medical Emergency?

  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 9-1-1.

Consider using virtual care if you need a COVID test, or for evaluation and treatment of conditions such as:

  • Allergies
  • Asthma/asthma attack - mild exacerbation
  • Bronchitis
  • COVID-19 symptoms (if COVID-19 testing is recommended, you'll be referred to simply stop by one of our urgent care locations for test collection)
  • Cough, cold, flu, or other respiratory or sinus infection
  • Earache
  • Follow-up care on a previous visit
  • Headache/migraine
  • Headache
  • Insect bite
  • Joint aches and pain
  • Mild nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea without fever
  • Minor injuries or burns (first degree burns)
  • Rash or other skin complaints
  • Reviewing lab or test results
  • Sore throat
  • Sprain, strain, or arthritis pain
  • Toothache
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Wound rechecks

Disclaimer – These are commonly diagnosed and treated via telehealth virtual visits, however all virtual visits are at the provider's discretion as to whether it may be necessary for a patient to be seen in an Urgent Care clinic for an additional visit for further diagnosis and treatment.

Telehealth services exclude the following conditions:

  • Abdominal pain in a pregnant patient
  • Chest pain
  • Confusion or altered mental status
  • Dehydration
  • Dizziness
  • Fainting/near-syncope
  • Fevers in children under 2 years old
  • Groin area rashes
  • Ingestion of poison
  • Lacerations that require suturing
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Motor vehicle accidents and work injuries
  • Palpitations
  • Pneumonia
  • Pregnancy test
  • Seizures
  • Severe abdominal pain in adults and children
  • Severe asthma attack
  • Severe burns
  • Severe headaches
  • Shock
  • Shortness of breath
  • Significant trauma or injury
  • Stroke-like symptoms
  • Swallowed foreign body
  • Traumatic head injury
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Vaginal bleeding in pregnant patients
  • Visible fractures

Providers may prescribe medications to treat your health concern during your virtual visit. However, a visit at EvergreenHealth Virtual Urgent Care is not intended for the sole purpose of prescription refills. If you're in need of a prescription refill, please contact your primary care provider or physician who prescribed you the medication. EvergreenHealth Virtual Urgent Care providers will not prescribe, or refill, medications for controlled substances including narcotic medications.
