Program Costs
The Recovery Center takes most major insurance. Many of our patients pay for treatment privately because of the generous discount offered by EvergreenHealth Monroe when program costs are paid in full at the time of admission. Please contact us for details.
Evaluation Steps
- Contact our intake staff at (360) 794-1405 for a brief phone interview to determine if you are ready for an evaluation.
- If approved, an on-site evaluation at the Recovery Center will determine if you meet the recognized criteria (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) for substance use disorder. The evaluation will take up to 60 minutes to complete and may involve a drug screen.
Based on this evaluation, we will determine the specific level of care you need, which we base on the American Society of Addiction Medicine Placement Criteria-2. We will discuss this with you, and then you can decide whether you want to follow the Recovery Center's recommendation or seek services at another recovery facility.
