Due to a significant plumbing issue, EvergreenHealth Monroe has closed Recovery Center operations at this facility and ended its detox and residential treatment programs. Our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program remains available and continues accepting new patients.

Our Recovery Center team continues to support patients through virtual intensive outpatient services, care coordination and referral support.
