Lab Tests
You and your family will benefit from our on-site laboratory services. We perform everything from blood work to imaging tests on campus. We will also send the results safely to you virtually via MyChart, making them readily available to your care providers, too. This means you can receive all the care you need in one building.
Test Preparation
If your provider asks you to fast before a blood draw, please do not eat or drink* anything for 10 to 12 hours before your test.
Take your medications as usual unless your provider tells you differently.
*Water is the exception. Drink plenty of water. If you must drink tea or coffee, please exclude cream, sugar, or any other sweetener.
Test Results
Depending on what type of test you have, results may take longer to process.
Expect a two-business day turn around for blood work, imaging, Pap smears, biopsies and cultures.
Other test results may take one or two weeks. Let our team know if you do not have your results in two weeks.
Lab tests will be posted on your MyChart patient portal. You can also get your test results by phone or postal mail.
