These classes will give you information on how to be your healthiest during your pregnancy while supporting your baby's growth and development inside your amazing, growing belly. With a variety of offerings, you can find a class that is right for you and fits your busy schedule.
[In-person class] This six-week series offers a total body interval workout adjusted to the various pregnancy phases of the attendees. Instruction includes cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises.
The class is taught by a certified Fit4Mom Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Instructor.
Available dates and online registration
[Virtual and in-person classes available] A dynamic yet gentle yoga specifically designed to support women 6 weeks to term. Prenatal exercises & breath techniques are integrated to strengthen the childbearing muscles, increase flexibility and improve circulation and digestion. Deep relaxation restores and balances the mental and emotional states, perfect preparation for labor and birth. Classes are open to beginning and advanced students and taught by registered yoga instructors with training in pre & postnatal yoga.
This class includes a 10 class pass that allows you to customize your yoga class schedule and join our prenatal classes which are offered on Monday at 7:15 p.m., Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday at 11 a.m. Each pass begins on the 1st class of the month and is valid for a total of 3 months. All classes are offered in person and virtually. Fee is $220 for a 10-class pass.
Classes are held at Discover Yoga in Redmond at 15744 Redmond Way in the Redmond Center Shopping Center.
[In-person class] This class will show you how to minimize pain during pregnancy and birth and optimize healing afterwards. It includes techniques to avoid future pelvic floor issues.
This class is for women only, and is taught by a women's health physical therapist.
[Online class] This class reviews the decision making process in choosing an elective repeat cesarean section or a trial of labor after cesarean (TOLAC). The class is available at your convenience by clicking on this link.
