Online Total Joint Camp Class

The EvergreenHealth Total Joint Camp Class is your chance to get all the information you need before your joint replacement surgery. If you are having surgery at our Kirkland or Monroe campus and cannot make it to our in-person Total Joint Camp class, you can still access the class online by filling out the appropriate form below. After you complete the form, you will be given a link to the presentation which you may share with your loved ones and/or caregiver.
