The EvergreenHealth Orthopedic and Sports Medicine team is working with our Radiation Oncology department to deliver a state-of-the-art osteoarthritis treatment called Low-Dose Radiation Therapy. Osteoarthritis, the most common type of arthritis, occurs when the cartilage in your joint wears down and causes stiffness and pain in the impacted joint.
Low-Dose Radiation Therapy targets the joint impacted by osteoarthritis and relieves your pain long term by reducing inflammation—all without injections or surgery.
