We're Moving

On May 18, EvergreenHealth ENT + Head & Neck Surgical Care's Kirkland location will be moving from Coral 230 on the main hospital campus to the nearby Totem Lake Medical Plaza at 11521 NE 128th Street, Suite 100 Kirkland, WA 98034.

This new location is just west of our Kirkland location at NE 128th St. and 116th Ave. NE.
