EvergreenHealth's Ambulatory Behavioral Health Services delivers comprehensive treatment and support for current patients seeking additional behavioral health care.

Our providers, consisting of a collaborative team of social workers, therapists and psychiatrists, work with patients' primary care providers to offer a holistic approach to care and expand access.

  • Seamless collaboration between your behavioral health care team and your primary care provider

EvergreenHealth's Behavioral Health Services looks to decrease the wait time for patients to receive behavioral health care while also expanding access to our community. While the program is currently only available for Canyon Park and Kenmore Primary Care patients, we plan to continue expanding services and make them available to patients throughout the EvergreenHealth hospital system.
