Things to know about your request…
If you have commercial health insurance, your insurance company can help you obtain an estimate of what you will pay for a specific procedure. Your insurance company, even more so than our resources, is often the best place to start. Your insurance provider can determine out-of-pocket costs in advance of obtaining services, since it knows the specifics of your coverage, plan, deductibles, and co-pays. Some insurers have online tools and estimators, while others will ask you to call and speak to someone.
For your convenience, we’ve compiled links to most of the area’s larger insurance providers’ online resources. Please note that log-ins are required for some of these sites:
If you do not have coverage, we can assist you in obtaining medical benefits through federal, state and hospital programs. These programs may help you with your current bill and will help you pay for health needs in the future. We will help you find out if you qualify for charity care. In some instances, we may be able to provide free or reduced price care if you qualify based on your income.
Our team of professionals are available to assist you by calling 425.899.3632, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
While it’s beneficial to know what a procedure might cost you, you may be interested in comparing one healthcare facility to another. Several third-party resources exist to help you compare prices. Here are links to these resources. We encourage you to use these tools to inform your decisions.
The importance of your personal health means that price shouldn’t be the only factor influencing your decision about care. Safety and clinical outcomes are incredibly important factors in your care. And, higher price doesn’t always mean better care! We call this value. At EvergreenHealth, we believe the highest quality and safety matched with an exceptional patient experience plus the best cost = value.
Whether a healthcare facility receives national recognition by organizations such as Health Grades or is performing amongst the highest in the state on publicly reported quality measures, validation by third-party sources is key. We invite you to explore these resources to learn more about quality and safety among Puget Sound area healthcare providers.
The data from these sources provides you with important quality information that can help you make more informed healthcare decisions. The data compares the quality of our outcomes against state and national averages, as well as other local healthcare providers.
Just like inpatient services, outpatient services and physician visit costs are impacted by your insurance coverage. Click here to visit our primary care patients' page to learn more about preventive visits and laboratory services at our primary care facilities.

*Please note that these are only estimates and are subject to change without notice – this is true for any location you would have surgery. The actual cost of your procedure may be higher or lower based on factors specific to your case, such as your length of stay in the hospital and the complexity of your medical condition.
The information provided is an estimate and is not a guarantee of the final billing charges or their payment. Estimates are based on the information provided by you and your insurance company, if applicable, at the time of the estimate. The actual bill may vary from the estimate based on the patient's medical condition, unknown circumstances or complications, final diagnosis and recommended treatment ordered by the patient's physician. Patients with insurance should also contact their health benefits administrator for the most accurate information regarding covered benefits, deductible, and co-payment amounts. Professional fees such as physician, radiologist, anesthesiologist and pathologist are not included in this estimate. Final claim adjudication and/or payment may differ.
