Get a Cost Estimate

We welcome your request for a price estimate related to your upcoming treatment at EvergreenHealth.

Use our online form or call 425.899.3632 to speak to a Patient Financial Counselor, who will provide an estimate* based on your services and your health insurance provider, including the specifics of your coverage plan.

Things to know about your request…

  • It is helpful to know the CPT code of your procedure (your provider can give this to you). If your procedure is already scheduled, our staff may be able to help get this code for you.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for some estimates as it may take extra time to obtain certain information related to your request.

*Please note that these are only estimates and are subject to change without notice – this is true for any location you would have surgery. The actual cost of your procedure may be higher or lower based on factors specific to your case, such as your length of stay in the hospital and the complexity of your medical condition.

Have Insurance? Start Here.

If you have commercial health insurance, your insurance company is the best place to get an estimate of what you will pay for a specific procedure. Your insurance provider can determine out-of-pocket costs in advance of obtaining services, since it knows the specifics of your coverage, plan, deductibles and co-pays. Some insurers have online tools and estimators, while others will ask you to call and speak to someone.

For your convenience, we’ve compiled links to most of the area’s larger insurance providers’ online resources. Please note that log-ins are required for some of these sites:

Comparing Prices Among Healthcare Providers

If you're interested in comparing one healthcare facility to another, there are several third-party resources that can help. We encourage you to use these tools to inform your decisions.

Value: Price + Quality + Safety + Service

Price shouldn’t be the only factor influencing your decision about where to receive care. Safety and clinical outcomes are important factors in your care...and a higher price doesn’t always mean better care. We call this value. At EvergreenHealth, we believe the highest quality and safety matched with an exceptional patient experience plus the best cost = value.

Whether a healthcare facility receives national recognition by organizations such as Healthgrades or is performing amongst the highest in the state on publicly reported quality measures, validation by third-party sources is key. We invite you to explore these resources to learn more about quality and safety among Puget Sound area healthcare providers.

The data from these sources provides you with important quality information that can help you make more informed healthcare decisions. The data compares the quality of our outcomes against state and national averages, as well as other local healthcare providers.
