Our trained staff provides community referrals to Evergreens providers and specialists. With more than 10 years experience, they help patients find the provider that best fits their personal and medical needs. Referrals are given on a fair and even rotation and are driven exclusively by the patient's needs and wants. If you need help growing your practice, the Healthline can help you.
Providers must be on the current active staff at Evergreen and accepting new patients. Providers must complete the Healthline's database form, providing the necessary information to create your profile.
The Evergreen Web site provides access to the profiles of all providers active in the Healthline's database. People will be able to search for a provider by name or specialty. This is a great way for prospective patients to learn about you - any time of the day or night.
You must be an active and courtesy provider at EvergreenHealth.
