Frequently Asked Questions
Will the new 2 factor authentication interfere with the EPCS that I’m already enrolled with? (applies only to prescribing providers)
No, this will work in tandem with EPCS and will work similarly to what you’re used to now.
What if I don’t have a smart phone/cell phone?
You can contact the Help Desk at 425.899.1740 which will provide you a temporary code for logging in
through Two Factor Authentication. Please be aware you will be asked identity verification questions
including the last 4 of your SSN. The helpdesk will not be able to give you the temporary code if you
cannot be verified.
