Dr talks and asks questions in rapid-fire manner, and for someone who has difficulty answering quickly this feels aggressive or badgering. He's always running late so perhaps he's trying to save time during appointments?

Doctor seemed to be in a rush but polite. Was not able to verify my medication dosage from my records and insisted that I go home and send a portal message with the information on the label. I am used to leaving with a printout of the visit but was not provided with this visit

He seemed angry that I couldn't remember exact dates/conversations w/other (previous) doctors.

Appeared to be interested in my concerns.

Dr. AlSoufi is the best doctor I've ever seen. He listens to me, cares, and tells it to me straight which I love. I feel like I'm in the best hands with him and I don't want to see another neurologist.

Dr. AlSoufi was kind, empathetic, and respectful to my mother. Clinically, he was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Excellent care.

The care provider lectured me on birth control and after further research I found that my birth control is in fact non-estrogen like I tried to tell him. He also only let get one type of additional therapy and told me my insurance would not cover it even though I told him they would.

Very open and honest

Dr. AlSoufi's manner borders on rude. He was dismissive of my thoughts and insensitive to how informative he was sharing might impact me.
