I was very impressed with her explanation as to why I needed the care plan she prescribed for me and even though I was against it she convinced me the CPAP was in my best interest. I agreed after hearing her explanation.

She not clearly explain the proposed treatment plan. When I asked for clarification on the results of my two sleep studies she seemed annoyed and like she was trying to end the appointment as quickly as possible and did not have time for my questions. I was not satisfied with the explanation of the diagnosis, she was dismissive of my questions. She even was trying to leave the room while I was still asking a question, leaving the door open so we were having to conversation while she stood in the hallway trying to leave.
