Personal Information

I grew up in the Midwest, then moved to New York to pursue medicine and stayed there for the duration of my training. My time in New York gave me the privilege to interact with people from all different racial and socioeconomic backgrounds. And it is this connection that truly draws me to practice medicine. I love meeting new people, talking with them, and hearing about their experiences and perspectives.
In my spare time, I enjoy running, hiking, and trying new restaurants.

The Doctor was thorough about my Dad's pacemaker and next steps for replacing its battery. His dementia is advanced but she was patient still. She spoke to us as well as him. Thank you for the kindness and respect. A very good experience overall.

I felt a little dismissed in this appointment. It wasn't until I pressed hard that she came up with options to ensure that all is well and that there isn't any underlying conditions that need to be explored further.

I've been seeing Dr Zhou for 6 years, ever since my heart attack. She is extremely knowledgeable and so caring and kind. She listens and answers all my questions and is a lovely person. I have recommended her to friends and family. I truly believe I would not be here today without her.

Dr zhou was excellent with every aspect. She explained clearly of my heart condition to me every time I went to see her. Especially considering my English limit, she is amazingly patient with me speaking in Chinese, even helped me make future appointments with front desk. I am grateful. She is wonderful.

I am at Evergreen because of Dr. Zhou. At my age, I should consider choosing a cardiologist closer to my home. But the care snd positive communication I have had with Dr Zhou, keep me coming back to her. She is a team player and a gem.
