Dr Young was very professional in his diagnosis and what procedure needed to be done. Explained everything. Surgery was scheduled next day. Surgery scheduler in his office worked with hospital scheduler and was able to get my surgery scheduled. Thank you very much both of you. I am on the road to recovery thanks to them.

I arrived 5 minutes earlier than my appointment's time, but still Wait around 1 hour before I can see the doctor. Neither the assistant who served me in the room or the doctor say any apologies to me. And their attitudes are also not that polite and respectful. Very rush too.
