Dr. Young is the 5th ENT I've seen and within the first 5 minutes put a name to my issue, then he talked through tx options with me and provided guidance regarding a second issue that got me one step closer to resolving that, too!

Still doing testing to figure out the problem so no explanations can be given yet

Care provider was short, somewhat rude. Seemed like a good doctor but lack any bedside manner.

Ordered tests, never shared results, didn't tell me what I have, still unsure as of next steps. TOTALLY ghosted me.

I've had previous experience with Dr. Young and he was excellent. During this visit, he felt rushed and showed little interest in my questions or further exploring my symptoms. He was running late from other appointments and the office sent the online instructions to the wrong contact information so that further delayed my appointment. Maybe this is why he was so rush and seemed disinterested in further discussing my situation.

Dr. Young is always willing to listen to my concerns. I am a recoverd alcoholic with C-PTSD. I have informed Dr.Young if both medical conditions and I feel he has been extremely accommodating. If I am concerned about taking medication ,together we explore other options. I brought my partner, who advocates for me when I am having trouble.Dr.Young was courteous and answer his questions and addressed any concerns.

He was so awkward & did not listen when I explained my son's symptoms, treatment, & outcome. Will NOT return to him.
