This care provider was very honest and informed. He did not beat around the bush, he played it on the line, that I should trust his decisions going forward. I did argue with him that I know myself best!

No proposed treatment was given because further tests were required. He did discuss some of the limits of treatment that I may face... To keep my expectations reasonable.

I have a complex medical issue with an unclear diagnosis. All the information he needed to prepare was present, and it was clear that he did zero preparation. I'm a PCP with 15 years of practice... I know dispassionate care when I see it. He opinion that I should rejoice in the fact I can still walk, breathe, and talk and that "it could be worse" was not well received.
