Veneta is awesome

Veneta scheduled an ultrasound for the panniculitis on my lower legs & wasn't sure if it needed to be arterial or venal. The U/S tech was confused but after I told her I was concerned about DVT & why the panniculitis is not going away. She said the U/S should have been "venal".

Provider was friendly and listened to my concerns but seemed dismissive upon communicating with my PCP.

Veneta spoke to me like I was a person and not just an appointment to rush through. She validated my concerns and was practical.

I have told every care provider I have seen at evergreen health that no one is following up my breast cancer after undergoing treatment for it and no one does or says a thing about it.
