Personal Information

I grew up in Boise, Idaho playing sports and enjoying active outdoor activities. After undergoing a knee injury while playing soccer at The College of Idaho, I had the opportunity to be treated by orthopedic providers. They helped me get back to doing the hobbies that I love, which guided me toward a career in orthopedics so that I may do the same for others.
Outside of the office, I enjoy everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer, including snowboarding in the winter, boating in the summer, and hiking year-round, rain or shine.

It was all good. She was very helpful and clear about upcoming procedures. I have some cognitive glitches from Covid round two, and she was nice about being clear on instructions and treatment.

Provider intuited the need for a cortisone injection post hip replacement surgery when I said I was concerned about the post-op "walk down the hall" and that I might look wobbly or as if hip was the problem when my knee actually prevents a lot of normal ambulatory function. I would not have thought to ask for the injection, but Provider listened to my concerns and came up with a solution.
