Overall experience between reception, nurse & overall visit was very poor. I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years even after I moved and this was the worst visit I've ever had. I live almost 2 hours away & wanted to keep going to this clinic because I've enjoyed the staff. After this visit I will no longer be a patient & will find a new provider.

Helpful and easy to approach.Answered my questions. I did hope they would discuss and confirm my medical records from the fertility clinic but felt they might not have received /reviewed it.

almost every question or concern I had was met with a response that it was fine and I didn't need to worry about it, which was comforting, but also left me feeling slightly skeptical that the answers/information I was receiving were accurate and reliable

She was dismissive of my requests, ordered the wrong lab respite a lengthy conversation about a lab I requested, rushed through the ultrasound & provided a blurry photo, refused to try to listen for a heartbeat & overall had poor bedside manner. I had a much better experience with all the providers in my last pregnancy here at Evergreen. (She was not one of them.)

She was nonchalant about one of my concerns. Felt I was not taken seriously or my concern was not taken seriously or fully heard. I decided to stop asking my questions and instead wait until I saw my usual provider.
