I met with this provider 3 months prior to my IUD placement where I thoroughly expressed my concern for it hurting. At that time she was understanding and said there was stuff we could do to help during the procedure. When I showed up for my IUD insertion it was very terrifying for me. Instead of taking the time to ask me if I had any questions or walk me through the procedure again, she just jumped right into the procedure treating it like her every other day procedure. She didn't take the time to explain what she was going to do or anything and I would have loved to have been explained again the process as the last time I had heard about it was 3 months ago.

Dr. Li is very professional. I really appreciate her ability to explain medical terms and medication names in both languages. I've seen other bilingual doctors, but no one has done it as well as she does. It's clear that she cares about communicating with patients and is able to remember all the terms. She's outstanding.
