Shanna Geiger is wonderful. So is her sidekick Lita. I love them both. I feel like they're family, only more serious (than my family).

I definitely felt heard. One of my concerns has been pushed off due to having surgery and previously been told it must be due to the surgery even though I informed them it was an issue before the surgery but this time I was heard! Thank you so very much

I did not feel rushed to get through this visit. She spent a lot of time accessing my condition, and immediately started ordering test and procedures to help with my pain.

She was not interested in my concerns at all. I tried to ask detailed questions but received very short answers and seemed irritated that I even asked.

She's a good balance of professional and friendly.

After my visit Dr Geiger called me at home to recommend a slightly different plan than discussed to address my issue. I appreciate her thorough assessment and concern to take the best steps.

Provider was completely unprepared for the call.

Should be understood that our experience was entirely with Ms Geiger who is a PA, not a physician. Nonetheless, she was excellent.

She was thorough, thoughtful, considerate, kind and extremely knowledgeable.
