Cannot give higher praise for Dr Hossain - she was amazing throughout our pregnancy and birth and provided stellar care. Could not ask for a better experience with an OB! Thank you Dr Hossain!

Hope the distinction between provider proficiency/professionalism and clinic scheduling logistics is clear. Two distinct experiences!!

My doctor (ob) is wonderful. However her support staff of nurse and desk clerks is very hit or miss. Some are great and others were rude. I left multiple apts in tears over the treatment I received from support staff. The only reason I reminded at this clinic was because of how truly wonderful the ob was. My nurse on this visit was very rude and thoughtless, however this Is what I have come to expect which Is why I would never recommend to others.

The Dr was kind, but what is the point if I can't get this procedure scheduled?

My care provider is excellent. Unfortunately I would never refer this office to anyone due to the lack of care by the rest of the office staff.

No bad experience but I feel the general attitude is assumed that I will do all screenings and already know the risks/rewards and I never feel I have the whole picture of necessity or why a certain thing is done.

this is not just Dr Hossian, and I may need to ask more questions but I wish when you were scheduling a surgical procedure that you got a one page outline or punch list style of what to expect post op. For example, it is not recommended to lift over "X" lbs for 4 weeks, it is generally not advised to drive 2 weeks. Don't bend at the waist.... this would also help the care giver know to expect.
