She is well versed in all areas of ENT, including in office procedure and imaging modalities. Some of the office procedures include laryngoscopy, myringotomy, and binocular microscopy removal of cerumen impaction.

Personal Information

I grew up in the Inland Northwest and started working in the medical field as a junior volunteer with aspiration of following my mother into the medical field.
As a registered nurse, I began working with cardiac patients. As a nurse practitioner, I have worked in urban native health, primary care and then moved on to specialize in otolaryngology.

Community Involvement

I am a member of the Lake Washington PTSA and parent volunteer specifically with the Art Docent program; bringing art and history to elementary students through hands on artistic opportunities.
I am also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

SARAH HAS SEEN MY 97 YEAR OLD MOTHER AT LEAST 3 TIMES TO CLEAN HER EARS. SHE HAS RECOMMENDED SUPPLEMENTAL NON-PRESCRIPTION CREAMS TO HELP WITH DRYNESS AROUND HER EARS AND SKIN. SHE ALWAYS MAKES SURE THAT MY MOTHER CAN HEAR HER BY LEANING IN TO COMMUNICATE CLEARLY AND AS LOUD AS NEEDED. MY MOTHER REALLY LIKES HER BECAUSE SHE CLEARLY CARES.

Provider was kind and professional. She told me everything would be covered but now this is not case. I now am fighting my hospital bill on top or everything else I have to endure in life as an life as an hourly worker.

I had a much better experience after today's appointment than after the first. After first appointment I was not clearly understanding how to administer the prescription cream. But after a couple of phone calls I then had a better idea. Whole office including the provider is very friendly and helpful.

She didn't give me any reason of why my problem was happening or any tips to help it. Just told me if I would have come in earlier they could have helped. She paid more attention to telling me about allergies I didn't know I had which don't even bother me. It just wasn't a concern of mine. She also seemed annoyed with a few of my questions. Lastly, when she was done she kind of just walked out and when I questioned If I needed anything else she responded by telling me how to get to the exit. I know everyone can have a bad day or just be in a bad mood, but that shouldn't be seen by your patients
